could you describe in more detail the issue on which you are seeking Help?

That's probably a better way of putting it, I guess.

9th life seems to be the Compassionate Cat Control in Hawaii. I'm polishing my crystal globe and ask the spirits, they say that maybe, these people got an account on Flickr but missed out on that this is for personal use only?

That would NOT be a reason for Flickr to shut the account, there will be more to it, I assure you.
Although if you want Flickr to respond to you, I suggest a Help email. It is unlikely that they will (or indeed should they) justify their decision to remove someone's account.

I'm sorry. I should just clarify that my page is to be removed because of my supposed dissatisfation with Flickr according to messages from admin Heather Champ. I would have to assume it is actually about the increasing number of complaints I have made formely about the porn and kids (13-17 yr old minors) that are on Flickr simultaneously. I have asked the admins choose an over 18 only adult site status or make it more safe for kids to use. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with my words or images posted which, I can't imagine they would ever care about, or even get really. Thanks, but this is actually my issue with them and I don't want to be blamed for causing any more trouble or trying to influence opinions here other than in my own way as I have already done on my page. I think it is within my rights to report images I feel don't belong on Flickr while using it and voice my opinions about them without reprisal from Flickr itself. Not very sporting to just delete me, really. Thanks once again.
I would like to add I have done nothing wrong and DO NOT want to be put on trial in you little "forum" here.

I am not trying to cause a problem I love Flickr it is a wonderful group I have met some of the most wonderful people and photographers in the world through Flickr, and it is so easy to use it is amazing I just wanted to understand why?

I dont know any of the details but if voicing your opinion involved harrassing other Flickr users, then you are in violation of the Terms of Use.

I totally support 9th Life. I've known him for a long time from Fotolog and he's always been a wonderful bright artist and person + never caused any kind of trouble or encumber to any of its users or Admin. And it's been the same here on Flickr. I feel if Flickr is all this it claims to be, then, morally, they owe, at least, HIM a convincing explanation for the deletion of his page. It would be a definite no-no otherwise and I'd be fairly disappointed in Flickr, which's been my second home now.

Admins?
well, 9th life says that he doesn't want to be tried in this forum {can't blame him} and i don't think that the flickr STAFF {not admins} are eager to have a public trial in this awkward venue.
who is in the right here? hell if i know.
but what i do know is that it is unlikely we'd find that out in this thread, no matter who joins in the discussion.

i can get 9th life whenever i want thru ways other than flickr, so he'll let me know if HE was given any convincing explanation. i don't have to see it broadcast on this thread for everyone to read, indeed.

"9th_life: This person is no longer active on Flickr."
So in essence, this thread has no more purpose anyway.
