Has anyone see the new show based on the book on the Travel Channel in the USA?

I also heard about it and was looking forward to see it somehow. But then I read some comments in various blogs
(like travelblog.viator.com/1000-places-to-see-before-you-die/ )
and my anticipation dropped largely.
Are the hosts really that bad?

they weren't that bad. they were just a typical recently married couple given the chance of a lifetime. I wouldn't say they were bad... they just weren't 'memorable'. I watched it all b/c I was jealous and wanted to see where they would go! :)
They didn't go to all 1000 places...not even close I don't think. They chose 'areas' they wanted to see. They left out a LOT of important places I would have went to instead!
