Hey Everyone!
Just joined a few days ago. I have one set only and it is my 365 day challenge. I messed up 3 times (for this group) because 3 of my pictures were not of me. But from here on out, it's all me! I'm not a professional nor do I aspire to be one, but I do like taking pictures...so maybe I'll learn a thing or two here!
I'm a makeup junkie, so you'll probably see lots of that :]

Hi all... i joined the group 4 days ago now and i'm already totally hooked.. even my beautiful boyfriend is totally behind me reminding me that time is ticking and i'm loosing the natural light etc...
i am also loving already how creative it is making my mind.. i have started a 365 diary already and its full of random ideas for shots that keep popping into my head while i'm trying to sleep..

Hey all!
Today will be my 5th day in the 365 Project. I've already experienced lack of motivation, but hopefully today will be better!
I've been looking at this group for a few months now, and finally decided to start it while I was on vacation. What better time to find inspiration than on a beach, right?
I'm really excited to see how this turns out and how much I change and grow. I'll be hitting the alcohol birthday during my 365, so I wonder how that will affect some of my photos. =P

Today is day 19 for me and I feel so new to this. I had a camera years ago, but didn't learn much more than some mechanics and jargon--like shutter speed, focal ratio, and so on. A month ago then, I bought a new camera and I'm having so much fun with it! I love the quick cycle of learning by trial and error with a digital camera, I love drawing inspiration and ideas from the Flickr community. I have so much to learn, and the 365 days project has been great so far at teaching me something new every day.

today is day one for me. it is also my 36th birthday. i have not been looking forward to it, but here it is. i guess i thought i would have done more with my life by the time i got to this age. i hope to look at my own life and see if there's more there than i think.

I have been observing for years now, and finally think I am ready to commit. I want to get feedback to make myself a better photographer and get more comfortable being in front of the camera as I am almost exclusively behind it. This allows me to experiment but still be in control of the results.

Hello there! I started the 365 day project about 17 days ago, so I'm not exactly "starting out", but I do have a long way to go, and I'm also new to this group, so hello! and Thank you all for posting such amazingly beautiful pictures(!) First photo in the pool today. I have been taking photos for over 30 years. I think I am improving at last :-). Our photo club at work started a "picture a day" group but I seemed to be the only person to keep it up so this seems a better challenge. I've never been keen on photographing myself so this is going to be tough!

Soooooo. I'm taking the plunge. I've been lurking this group for a while, but I didn't feel like I was ready to take quality pictures on a daily basis.
I still don't really feel ready, but I figure I should start now when I can still make myself a little makeshift studio at home, before I'm homeless.
This should be an interesting year. I hope I can stand up to the challenge.

Just a few minutes after midnight (here in the UK), here is my first shot at this 365 thing. I'm hoping to be more serious at this than I am at blogging, then podcasting, then twittering, all things I've done and cowardly abandoned, more or less.
My first tool here is my MacBook Pro, the one thing I never travel (or do anything, almost) without. Tomorrow, I promise, a photo taken with a camera :D
By the way, I've already done something like this before knowing of the 365 group, you can see my first effort in my Pic-a-Day Project set.

My name is Jessica. I'm 31. I love my family, popular culture, pugs, tattoos, zombies, vinyl toys, baking, loud music, bellydance, yoga, and photography. I did a 365 project before on blogger and made it a whole 231 days!
i plan to keep up with this incarnation, because over the next year, i have a ton of things happening (moving and a wedding to name just a few). i also have 5 different cameras and numerous filters and lenses, so who knows what you'll see on here!
