The Children At Risk Foundation - CARF has practical online facilities for making PayPal contributions from its Blogs and websites but we have also created a campaign webpage especially for this group, where it is possible to make singular donations or subscribe to regular, automated monthly contributions through PayPal.

PayPal is the most cost-effective solution for us and a completely safe one for you. I will therefore ask that members use this system by contributing from the Flickr Change for Social Change campaign page.

On effectuating contributions through PayPal, please mention which solution you are supporting on the PayPal notification form where there is room to leave messages. This is so that we may keep track on how far each Funding Plan has attained its specific goal.
We would also appreciate it if you register your postal address with us on the form.

CARF guarantees that all incoming funds generated by this group will be used towards the stated solution and its Funding Plan accordingly. Each donor will receive an e-mail confirmation of their contribution.

I look forward to your active cooperation in helping us find satisfactory solutions to the social problems shared in this group.

Please begin by not giving change to a street kid. Save your Flickr change for some real social change instead!

Thank you for your Flickr Change for Social Change

NB! CARF has non-profit charity status No.977 155 371, registered as NGO No.74 with the Norwegian Charity Collections Control Bureau

Such great work that I've seen in your foundation, CARF, has an impact for life, moves thoughts from one part of the word to another, gives hope and trust wherever needed. Changes!

I was not aware of that problems the young people and the children are facing in Brazil, I'm a Romanian, living here, in Bucharest, for many years and, as a single mother, I was quite busy to "fix" my own life. Now my son is 9 and he is doing great, so time for me to get involved in more social activities. I will thing over a way to do whatever will help...

THANKS! Greg for "wake" me up. :)

@Cria, I'm happy to be a motivator of change if this will help make a more conscience and better world, even though I know the tasks are immense ones.

In the words of Ernesto Che Guevara
"No soy un libertador. Los libertadores no existen. Son los Pueblos quienes se liberan a si mismos."
("I am not a liberator. Liberators do not exist. The people liberate themselves.")

Thanks for your participation! - Gregory
