Static trapeze and corde lisse (vertical rope)

Anyone here doing trapeze acts or rope acts, I'm a beginner and need some tips.

I do a bit of Corde Lisse / Silk, though if this is from 2 months ago - you've very likely surpassed my meager skills. What kinds of tips / advice were you looking for?

What is the best training to hang on one feet, and I want to do fast spins, like the "classic" neckspin and spinnings on the rope.
