Please pray for the family of a friend who passed away suddenly.

In your behalf, I ask that everyone touched by this Precious Man's life by extended a special Grace as they offer support and comfort to the immediate family and friends.
And I especially ask that the hearts and minds of Russ' immediate family (wife, children, siblings, parents) be covered with a special loving Peace that will shore them up through the shock they must all be experiencing as they attempt to cope. Protect them as they move through the temporalness of daily activities where grief and fatigue can take its toll.

What comes to your mind when you see this photo?
A handsome young man in his mid 20's, having a fun filled life, meeting people, college, job, a family a girlfriend, must love his music, driving, dancing .....
But Alas! This young man Nicolas Todd as he is known, is bedridden with a heartfailure, in unbearable pain for years together and batteling for life every moment. He is the grandson of our friend annappleaday.
My dear friends, with your prayers and love - you have helped me to heal and bring me back into this life. Today, I request you to please say a special prayer for Nicolas and give that heartwarming support to anna.
I can't stop crying as I bring this message to you. Nicolas is as old as my little brother Ziko and even looks like him.
Anna, our prayers are with you. I beg my Almighty God to cure him and give the family the strength in these difficult times.

My dear friend Sybil Glory died February 21 at the age of 32 and 3 weeks, from complications from the treatment of Hodgkins Lymphoma:

I still cry, at least once a day, when I think of how much I miss her - though I know it had to be, her body was so battered by this horrible disease . . . Her spirit was the brightest and truest I've ever known - wisdom, love, compassion, to name a few, were some of her strongest characteristics. She is dearly missed.

thank you for your prayers. it's been a very stressful and depressing week, but i'm doing ok and plan to spend the weekend at the Winnipeg Folk Festival. i could use a little folkfest magic so the timing is perfect.
There is always a sunrise after the storm :-)

Let me say that my greatest concern, in matters of this regard, is not so much 'the injured' and their families, although I of course I am deeply sorrowed over every tear, whether shed openly, or carried in the heart.
My deepest prayer is that ALL 'Muslims', and/or 'People Of Color', as they innocently go about their daily lives following the immediate after-math of such debacles, won't be radically painted with the same brush of Revenge by those around them, World wide, who choose to React to this latest demonstration of extremist behavior rather than Respond.
We always have two choices: Whether we will React. Or, whether we will Respond.
In that vein, I ask that God would lift away the veil of Racism, Hatred, and Strife, which covers the minds of many World wide, so that we might all see each other as the Brothers and Sisters He intended us to be.

Prayers for my friend Steve (internet friend) who was recently released from the hospital for some severe complications found and occurred when he had is gallbladder removed.
Prayers for Kathy as she recovers from a bad medication reaction that caused massive kidney failure and after having a knee replacement, she is now undergoing rehab.
