The person portrait is a great idea.
As to Sisters, I' don't think I have ever seen that in "real life." And I'm 50.
Or yet on Flickr. I've been looking through thousands and thousands of sign photos, but of course that doesn't mean there aren't any on here somewhere.
In terms of public names, I can only think of musical groups. The Lennon Sisters, etc.

I love my Wirth Bros. sign photo. I would like to meet the Wirths, as there are not that many people I meet with the same last name. Somehow I doubt they are still around...

No "sisters," but you know the "& Sons" type of business? (Fisher & Sons, etc.) I've actually known of a "& Daughters" business.

Oh, and, don't bother going into any Ray's Pizza stores in New York and asking for Ray. Ain't gonna happen.

There was a restaurant in Salt Lake City for a while named "The Three Sisters". Sadly, I don't have a photo--just memories of their chicken and biscuits.

I have a sisters' hardware store down the street.
I'll take and post a pic to my photostream when I have a chance.

I've just posted a photo of Abraham & Bobby['s] Barber Shop.
Here's a photo of Bobby, with whom I had a really nice conversation:
