Mosaic Maker Problem

I found Flickr Toys over a month ago and successfully made some mosaics using my own flickr sets. I have changed nothing. Last week I tried making mosaics the same way, but they always come up blank with no pictures showing. Today, I tried again three times, but again none of my flickr pictures are showing up.

Help?
