It was taken on July 23, 2005 while we were waiting for our boat to go down the river, but the captain couldn't get the chain unlocked from the dock! It was posted October 11, 2005 after a friend told me about Flickr.

My first flickr image - The Gates art project in Central Park, NYC. I googled "the gates" to find other images from the event - and I found flickr. I had never heard of it before. :) Three years ago last month. :)
