Feature Idea

So I love Fluid, I've got SSB's for all my web apps. One that I use a lot is Basecamp. It's really annoying when I get an email with a Basecamp link and it still opens in my normal web browser.

Here's my idea: let me select Fluid as my default browser. Fluid would then inspect the URL of a clicked link, and if it matches a site I've created a SSB for it'd open in that. If not, it'd open in Safari as normal. I guess there'd be a bit more needed here - Fluid would need a way to keep track of what SSB's I've created and their URLs.

Probably not easy, but I think it's the last great "missing feature" to really make the whole SSB thing perfect.

You're kinda using the wrong forum. Head over here instead: groups.google.com/group/fluidapp

I'm pretty sure you can select any SSB as your default internet browser.

In Safari preferences, go to the General tab. Your SSB's should all be there in the "Default web browser" list.
