About FORSAKEN BY SOCIETY

PEOPLE, PLACES or THINGS.
In our endless strive for more material wealth we tend to leave behind and forget what has already been created by our society, be that PEOPLE, PLACES or THINGS.
Forsaken..., Abandoned..., Destitute..., Disowned..., Forlorn..., Ignored..., Isolated..., Rejected..., Jilted..., Outcast..., Lonely..., Marooned..., Solitary..., Left Behind..., Derelict..., Deserted..., Neglected..., Disregarded..., Ignored..., etc.
There are many words that describe our lack of caring for what had once been offered time and money or love and energy.
Please make sure you add one of the following tags to your images before posting to the pool:
“forsaken people”,
“forsaken places” or
“forsaken things”.
Other than the above mentioned, there will be no other demands or limitations put on you as I don’t wish to add to the list of forsaken objects.
Please do whatever you all can to enter the link "Invite your friends" and get them all moving to come join this group so that we can make an impact. United we are strong and that's what the world needs more of today!
Let’s try to reflect over the Global Society that we are all responsible for. My own contributions will mainly consist of Forsaken People. How about yours?
LATEST! - LATEST! - LATEST! - LATEST! - LATEST!!!!!
We have reached more than 1000 members and 4500 images in our “Forsaken By Society” Photostream, and to showcase some of the images hidden away deep down there in that maze of thumbnails, our Blogs are well visited.
Please bookmark our PhotoBlogs in the Forsaken By Society Trilogy:
FORSAKEN PEOPLE and FORSAKEN PLACES
The third in the series will be mounted as soon as I find the time.
There are many great images to choose from in the pool so I shall be adding a new photo with its original text each day on these Blogs.
Nice if you tell us the story behing the pics. you send to the pool.
Thanks for making our group such a great place in the Flickr Community.
PS! There are many wonderful people on Flickr and one such person, Marília (Mylens) has started a new group in support of our programmes for street and other children at risk, which I think many of you have already joined.
If you haven't already done so, then click on the banner below to take you there!
