About Guess Where Wien (Vienna)

How well do you know Vienna? Try to guess where a photo was taken. Post your own photos of Vienna and let the others guess. The object is to "stump" the group (or at least have fun trying).

WHAT TO POST
Photos must be taken in the Vienna Metropolitan area. It must be possible to guess, from the photo itself, where it was taken. You can make them hard, just don't make them impossible.
Read this carefully:
Title, description and tags and the image itself must NOT give away where it is! No street names, station signs, etc. are allowed in the photo. Also, no geotags - you can add all this when your photo is guessed.
Avoid iconic landmarks, and tourist-y spots! We all know Schönbrunn castle, Stephansdom, the Hofburg, and so on. Try to make your photos a little challenge to guess!
Don't post more than 3 pictures per day, or 15 pics/week.
If you break these rules, you will be publicly ridiculed and have your photo removed from the group.

HOW IT WORKS
Guessers may use comments or notes. That means your photos must be viewable to public, and comments/notes MUST be enabled. Please tag your image guesswherevienna until it guessed, then REPLACE that tag with guessedvienna (this is important)!

OTHER NOTEWORTHY STUFF
Please refrain from posting your photo to other comment groups (like 1-2-3 or The World Through My Eyes) while it's still being guessed. This can be very distracting.
If your photo is not guessed after a few weeks, you may post a reminder in the Still Unguessed thread. You can also search for all correctly tagged unguessed photos using the guesswherevienna tag.
There are no rules regarding your photographic style. Color, B&W, digital manipulation, it's all fine.
Most of all: Have fun! Invite your friends - the more players, the more fun!
