i personally think the building is brilliant. however, im not really a fan of the contrasty-blue skies in hdr photos. maybe you could try desaturating the sky just a smidge? 8/10 from me, buddy

i like the building but the sky doesn't really fit with it. maybe u could darken the sky to give the whole picture a darker feeling

I think it's fabulous!! Second shot is better. Even tho, I do love the brilliant colors of the first. It's really a preference thing.

turn down the saturation completely. it's just a little too much. The tree is a bit distracting as well.

"HDR with a single RAW image". Sorry, that's not HDR - it's just using a tonemapping technique. HDR is only achieved by using multiple exposures.
But it's a very nice tonemapped image, well done! If you can return to the location, I would make a second attempt without the tree in the foreground.
