Apartments in High Park area

Hi everyone,
My partner and I are looking at various apartments in the high park area and would love feedback from anyone who lives in the area.
We've been looking at minto high park village, at beaux properties, jw properties, as well as some of the smaller low rise buildings closer to runnymede and jane.
if anyone wants to share their experience living in any of those buildings specifically, or just about living in the neighbourhood in general (safety, etc.) it would be much appreciated!

I've been living in the High Park area since last May and I love it here. Lots of neighbourhood pubs and restaurants. Little bakeries and shops all over the place. I've never once feared for my safety either walking down the street or walking through the park, with or without camera gear. There's a farmer's market in the park during the summer that always has nice fruit and veggies. And if you've got a dog, they'll love the park since it's got an off-leash area

I live in the Minto buildings. I've been quite happy here. They respond very quickly to any inquiries/needs. My building is very clean and quiet.
I love, love, love the location. It's not the cheapest place to live, but it's a great area and the apartment is well run and maintained. Feel free to email me if you have any specific questions.

I'm in one of the Beaux Properties buildings... it's pretty good but the building needs some upgrading..like the elevators... otherwise, AMAZING area and the park is across the street :)
