Newfound Yellow Love

You know, I was never particularly crazy about yellow. But ever since I joined this group, I find I'm really seriously starting to love the color and find it really beautiful. I take a look at the pool page with all the thumbnails and realize yellow is so lovely--calming yet vibrant at the same time.

I've heard it said that yellow is the color of the intellect.
A bright and cheerful color, I've always loved it. :-)

Interesting thing about yellow - it is actually the first colour one(the naked eye picks out) sees in a sea of colour. That's the reason for the 'yellow' school bus, hydrants are being painted yellow, fire trucks are now yellow in large cities, bikers wear florescent yellow, etc. All these things are yellow - to be seen.

Yellow is my least favourite colour, yet many things that I love are yellow--sunflowers, daffodils, goldfinches, among other things! So I am discovering I have lots of yellow pictures in my photostream. I thought I would "share the love" a little.

Ever since I can remember, yellow has been my favorite color. When all the other girls fell in love with pink or purple, I was already in love with yellow. This group is perfect for me.

Yellow has always been my favourite colour.....but now that Iam doing quite a lot of flower photography, I find it a difficult colour to photograph.
Oil seed rape,(by the field full), laburnum, and some of the Buttercup family have been particularly difficult .Any suggestions why this should be?
