Tomorrow's the beginning of Week 1 - What's in your kit?

Some things you might consider within the topic:
How do you carry your kit?
What does your kit always contain?
Which extras do you add for special trips / occasions?
What should your kit contain that it doesn't?
What are the things in your kit used for, and why are they important?
How many different kits do you have?

I'm looking forward to seeing pics of this topic! remember, if you decide to participate, use the tag weeklyfocus.

Thanks to Dorn for this week's topic.

Great idea. I just posted one for today. So tomorrow I'll focus on what's in my kit. In a different way to my previous kit picture.

This will help lots after I've taken 50 pictures and I'm wondering what else is left to capture.

Does it make sense to have a week devoted to injecting? Just the act of injecting itself. I'm saying this because of the general fear that folks have of injecting insulin, especially those with Type 2 diabetes.

If not injecting, maybe a week devoted to our medicines: insulin, symlin, type 2 meds, etc.

This week's topic is one that I've talked with many other folks about Diabetes and the environment. Yes we've a chronic disease that needs a lot of care and attention...but does it have to generate so much waste?

Get those cameras out and focus on diabetes and the environment. Are you concerned about the packaging? The pieces that don't get used, like infusion set covers? Other things that could be made recyclable? The sharps.

Tag your photos with diabetes365. If they're about the environment then please also add the weeklyfocus32 tag..

On a different topic, we passed the 5,000 photo mark this week. That's amazing because the first photo was posted less than 8 months ago.
