As a few people often send uninvited shots, and as we often see invited shots that are not outstanding, the admins of Outstanding Shots have decided to add a moderation queue and to change the rules. To ensure that the quality of the images is maintained, the admins reserve the right to remove invited photos if they are inappropriate for the goals of the group. Hopefully these steps will improve the quality of photos in the group for all of us to enjoy!

RULES:

1) To post your photo in this group it must have received the "Outstanding shot award" It looks like this

Outstanding Shot! Please add this to our pool!(Pending administrative review)
(Join Outstanding Shot group and give awards!)
Please add "Outstanding Shots" tag to your photo

DO NOT POST PHOTOS IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE AWARD (prior to posting in our pool: i.e. you cannot post the photo then award it later)

2) You have to add "Outstanding Shots" tag to your photo, and add it to the pool



3) COMMENT AND FAVE

For each award you receive, you have to comment and fave at least one of the photos in the pool and award it with the following code (copy & paste it):

5) On Video:

We are fans of video but are not able to accept it into the group due to the amount of time it takes to review each submitted video to approve for the pool. We would hate to get a video in the group that was hurtful to other flicker members, thanks for your understanding.


The aim of this group is quality photos. Any great photo with is ok with Flickr Terms of Use is good. Remember: GIVE AWARDS ONLY TO PICS YOU FAVE!
