Swaps?

Has anyone here thought about doing swaps? Perhaps someone already is. I thought it could work like this:
1) You set yourself up with a "Penguin Swaps" flickr set.
2) Post them to the group, tagged "Swap Available" or something (or make a new Group if that's better).
3) Interested Spotters make some kind of casual arrangement for postal exchange "off flickr".
Could that work?
Does that break any flickr rules?
OK, could be abused but I trust everyone.

yes, sometimes I get exact duplicates I'd happily swap, but also sometimes I get very similar ones that are great in a way but often I'd happily give one up for a completely different one.
