Hello everybody!
Since "taking pretty picures of ugly things" is more or less my biggest motivation, I am really happy that I found this group. Most people doesn't seems to understand this type of photography.
Finally I found a place for these pictures.

Yeah, a lot of what I do falls into this category. Not everything, though. I've actually got a flower on my first page right now - horrors! At least I posted it right next to a wooden skeleton, to keep things balanced.

Wow, this is a great group! I'm glad I finally found it. I read the description and it basically described 80% of my pictures. I'm always getting the "Why did you take a picture of that" line.

Oh it's true. I too, think I've found a home!
It's not only "why did you take a pic of that?" But WHILE you are shooting (the pavement or whatever) the LOOKS you get from Those That Don't Get It... Thank you, My Tribe!

Why have I never seen this group before?! Seeing the beauty in beautiful things is *easy* - it takes proper looking to find beauty in the backstreets. All hail those who look for it!
