WIN L$ 10000: Logo Design Contest - Meta.Live.Nu

Design a logo for the virtual live telecommunications & arts lab Meta.Live.Nu !
FIRST PRIZE: TEN THOUSAND Linden Dollars! (10000 L$)
SECOND PRIZE: TWO THOUSAND Linden Dollars! (2000 L$)
THIRD PRIZE: THREE HUNDRED Linden Dollars! (300 L$)

We think a good logo is like an abstract symbol that can be acompanied by the text 'Meta.Live.Nu' or even stand alone. A good logo should be independent on the colours. In fact it we would like it to be black and white only (preferably no greys). The logo will be used on all Meta.Live.Nu outreach like Meta.Live.Nu, virtual clothing, on banners, as icons, and so on.
Send us your logo by e-mail (_zemoo_@_live_.nu_), or send it to Ze Moo as a texture inworld SL, or upload it to the web and send us the URL of the image.
All logo's will be published in this web group: flickr.com/groups/metalive
The best logos will be chosen by the Meta.Live.Nu jury, chaired by Ze Moo.
The price ceremony will be public in Second Life on saturday the second of february twothousandandeight (2-2-2008) at 22:00 CET (= SL 1pm PST) .
This will be broadcasted live in audio and video inworld SL and on the web. So everybody can come and check who the winner is. A SL screenshot of the prize payment will be published to verify the authenticity of this contest.

Yes, if only. If you were. Then you could invest 20 hours designing a logo entry, and possibly get in the range of 2 USD an hour for your work!

10 000 L$ is indeed about 40 US $.
Aren't there a lot worse jobs around in SL, for making a few lousy L$?
There could be people able to design a brilliant logo within a minute on a piece of old paper or so? It's the basic idea that counts. It doesn't need to be finished, nor to be perfected.
I'd like to make clear again that 'Meta.Live.Nu' is a non-commercial grassroots project run by volunteers, (wich could be you, the reader, as well) who never earn any money for their contributions. In fact the opposite: they spend time and even money on it.
Anyway, everybody is free to join this public competition for the experience, fun and networking, thats the first reward, the money prize is at least secondary.
