Flash or continuos light?
 |
How can I differentiate the continuous light of the flash [that shoots, like in the studios]?
I will buy a kit of lights and I don't know how to differentiate both lights... and I want to know because I want to buy myself flash and not continuous light. Thank you.

It should say when it's continous light
If not, try looking at the spec and see if they have a recyling time, if it does then it's a flash
Hope that kinda helps

Continuous lighting is rated in Watts. Strobes are rated in Watt-seconds or (and far more appropriately) Joules.
Strobes either use powerpacks or come as monolights. Generally in the online stores they have the categories clearly marked.
