The heartbreaking news came this morning that Hannah Jenner has lost her life to complications of leukemia. She was diagnosed less than 2 weeks ago and had just experienced her first chemo treatment.

She died peacefully this morning, leaving her brother and mother. I imagine she has now joined her father who also lost his life to cancer.

Please hold her mother and brother in your thoughts and prayers.

If any of you want to share photos of Hannah, feel free post them in this thread.
