Help ID 22" Sekiguchi doll

She's 22' tall. Thick hair- I moved her bangs so you can see her face.
Marked Sekiguchi on neck.
Clothes marked Sakai & Co.Ltd. JAPAN

She is re-dressed. original Sakai clothes are navy jumper with lacy white cotton blouse and navy velvet ribbon on neck.
Shoes are also navy corduroy. Stockings are white.

I'm not sure who she is but she might be a type of LA CHERI doll, which were made by Sekiguchi in association with Mattel in the early 80s. Hopefully someone will be able to help more.
