How to Join
Step 1: Login or sign up for a Sanriotown account.
Step 2: Create your video – Go to Sanriotown's DreamStudio section. Create a video of your dazzling moment. Upload your photos and videos. Use different text styles, add effects and background music creatively. Remember to use the TWINKLE screen effect.
Step 3: Save your video and put “dazzling moment” in the tags.

Judging Criteria
Video entries will be judged based on the following:
1. Creativity – DreamStudio features were maximized: use of video, photos, effects and background music can be found in the finished product.
2. Mileage – Comment activity and users' ratings generated during the competition period.
3. Overall Appeal – The effectiveness of the delivery of the message and the impact of the video to the viewers.


Terms and Conditions:
1.Competition Timeline is between April 11 to May 11, 2007.
2.Participants must have an existing e-mail account in Sanriotown to join this competition.
3.Each participant may submit more than one video entry: MUST have at least 10 slides, duration: 3 minutes (minimum) and 10 minutes (maximum), video does not have to be Hello Kitty-themed.
4.Participants MUST use the TWINKLE screen effect effectively. Screen and slide transition effects, and background music should also be incorporated.
5.Submitting a video must be done via DreamStudio on sanriotown.com and “dazzling moment” MUST be included in the tags of the video entry.
6.Repeat votes/ratings for a particular video will only be counted once.
7.Winners will be announced on Sanriotown.com on May 25, 2007.
8.Winners will be notified by email on how to claim the prizes.
9.Prizes can be collected from May 28, 2007 until June 15, 2007.
10.Judges have the right to require contestant to submit original videos or pictures to verify their qualification.
11.Video should be original and has not been published or entered in any other video contest.
12.No offensive materials, violent and explicit/sexual content should be used.
13.Sanriotown reserves any rights to use the videos, in whole or in part.
14.Sanriotown reserves the right to change the conditions of this contest at its own discretion.
