Subjects/Styles

So what sort of subjects are your comics about? Do you make realistic, dramatic comics; or action-packed comics; etc...?
And no, I'm not planning on stealing your story ideas...I don't even want to know what your stories are about, other than your basic style(s). What's your preference (or preferences)...?

Pretty simple for me - I've always loved science fiction comics, and recently I got drawn into some shoujo series, as well as a couple of really good sports comics (Hikaru no Go being the prime example). A combination of the above is thus what I like to do for my own comics. Plenty of group shots, characters' faces, some interesting scenery, action...

Um...Ok. You should draw manga that's just like NARUTO, except without any ninjas in it...
Who gives a dang what we like, WHAT DO YOU LIKE? That's what's important. If you don't like what your subject or style there really isn't any point in doing comics.

I'm currently working on a shojo style comic, but I'd love to do fantasy or sci-fi in the future.
I read far more than I make. (So much easier to consume than create, isn't it?)

Okay Tohoscope, I'm not doing this for ideas. I'm simply showing an interest in what others draw comnpared to my own personal interests. I don't see the problem in this.
Right now I've been drawing a lot of sci-fi, trying to gather enough momentum to sit down and really create something good.

I like to make funny doodles. And Halloween is coming up, so I'm making funny doodles of monsters. I know what I create isn't really good, but it's good enough for me.
