My favorites in order: Tel Aviv, Eilat, the Golan Heights, Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea area. Can't really rec places to stay, I spent most of the time staying at my ex's friends and relatives homes. Dizengoff apts is great in Tel Aviv though. 3 days is way too short, try to extend it if you can.
