About Bob On Maui / Bob Swanson  

I've been into photography since I was 10. Shot the High School annual, was mentored by a professional photographer, took photos in college, etc, etc. After college, except for my interest in stereo photography, I largely dropped out of photography. I later married a wonderful lady who had also done a lot of photography work. Together, though, we didn't take more than vacation snapshots.

When digital cameras appeared on the scene, we were completely blown away by the capabilities and ease of the new digital cameras. Our computer expertise has helped a lot for processing images.

Now that we are retired, we are rediscovering our enjoyment of photography. It helps to have the spectacular views from our house, where the beauty of Maui is shown every day.
