Awesome: I fucking shot that (featured on explore)!

Cameras:
Nikon:
- D200 (Killer Application)
- FM (The Tank)
- FM2n (pinnacle of mechanical engineering)
- D80 (Sold)

Leica:
- M3 (Original Model M Range Finder)

Rollei:
- Rolleiflex T - Type 1 (TLR - Zeiss Tessar 75mm 1:3.5 - 6x6cm. Eleganzia)

Lenses:
Primes (The grades are generally high, since I've selected these lenses after much research.)

Nikkor 24mm ƒ/2.8 Ai (3/5 - The first lens I bought besides the kit-lens (which I've sold). Wide, small and versatile (Close Focus Correction). Nothing extraordinary wide open, but a workhorse on DX. Use it with a polarization filter and go!)
Nikkor 28mm ƒ/2.8 Ais (5(6)/5 - Spectacular in every aspect except speed. Seriously the best Nikkor lens pound per pound and $ per $. Shooting this puppy wide open is unbelievable. Close focus to 20cm! If only 1 stop faster!)
Nikkor 35mm ƒ/1.4 Ais (4/5 A classic that is all about speed. Lovely dreamy bokeh, but lacks contrast wide open, as can be expected.)
Nikkor 35mm ƒ/ 2.0 Ai (5/5 - excellent colour rendering and sharpness. Excellent in every way considering the price!)
Nikkor 45mmƒ/2.8 GN (4/5 Pancake lens originally for flash photography (GN=Guide Number) Petit, and surprisingly sharp and contrasty. Pretty heavy vignetting wide open. Lots of character and surprisingly good for such a mall lens! Trivia: focus-ring runs in the opposite direction to every other Nikkor-lens.)
Nikkor 50mmƒ/1.2 Ai (4/5 Surprisingly sharp even wide open and a bokeh to die for!! A moody puppy that renders tremendous photos when it feels like it.)
Nikkor 50mm AF ƒ/1.8D (4/5 the must have. Cheap, brilliant stopped down. Considering the price and usability it's a 4-5.)
Nikkor 50mm ƒ/2.0Ai (4/5 Rumoured to be Nikon´s sharpest ever wide open (together with the 28mm 2.8 Ais and 2.0 Ais). Small, sharp, great bokeh and all metal. Who can ask for more? Well, it could be faster and the length on DX is not that exciting really.)
Nikkor 55mm ƒ/2.8 Ai Micro (4/5 I'm warming up to this one. Needs to be stopped down below 4. Enormously versatile; use as short tele on DX or macro. Surprisingly sharp regardless of focus distance.)
Nikkor 85mm ƒ/2.0 Ai (4/5 Same as 35mm really, but not as critically sharp and maybe a little too long for walk around, but perfect for portraits. Edit very sharp above 2.0!)
Tokina 90mm ƒ/2.5 AT-X (Ai) Macro (5/5 The king. Get it if you get the chance! Discontinued.)
*NEW*Nikkor 105mm ƒ/1.8 Ais (5/5+ Not only the IQ, but the extraordinary feel of this huge hunk of metal and glass. Stop down to 2.8 you'll have sharpness that exceeds your sensor-resolution, easy. Low-ish contrasts and prone to ghosting @ 1.8 but still very sharp if post-processed reasonably. Harsh bokeh at aperture 4 and below imo.)
Nikkor 105mm ƒ/2.5 Ai (4/5 haven't used it much, but the little I've seen impressed me. Like the 28mm as sharp wide open as it'll every be. Great creamy bokeh.)
Nikkor 180mm ƒ/2.8 ED AF (5/5 A legend. Insane shots at time. A bit of a learning curve. Can be way of in focus, which also is pretty slow. It's worth the wait though! My favorite...)

Zoom
Tokina 28-70mm ƒ/2.8 AF (4/5 impressively sharp and contrasty AND 2.8 across the range. I'm just not a zoom-kind of guy though. Much bang per buck.)

I'm Male and Taken.
