This is another one of my all-time favorite shots. I took it when I lived in Munich in the early 90's. It was a rainy night- the clouds hung low, the pavement reflecting the lights of the cathedral. It looks ghostly and gothic. This was taken with my 17mm rectilinear lens.

The Dom is a spectacular building - not easy
to photograph but this shot is a great
example. I'm sure it would look spectacular

I am not so sure about the colour difference
between the top en lower part - but hey,
that's what it looks like there. However; I
do think the fading top of the towers is
