Second Grade Reporters Interview H.M. Queen Rania Abdullah of Jordan

It was with great honor that we welcomed H.M. Queen Rania Abdullah, the youngest queen in the world, into our Second Grade classroom. We invited her to highlight our study of Jordan, as well as provide an opportunity for the children to practice their interviewing skills. Seated on cushions, surrounded by children in our Bedouin tent, she graciously answered questions from 34 Second Graders who were curious about her life as a woman, wife, mother, and queen. We sincerely thank her for taking the time from her busy schedule to share her values, life experiences, and thoughts on many issues for these young reporters. It was a moment to remember.
