There was a Parade of Nations demonstrating the fashion and at times native dances for various nations. This woman was doing one of said dances. The whole page is of her doing one rather complex looking dance.
Three brave girls. When the music started they were the first people, that I saw, to dance. They did so for several minutes with about 75 people watching them (and one person sketching them) before anyone else jumped in.

One of this guy's friends tried to drag him to the area where people were dancing. He steadfastly resisted, eventually braking away from his friend to lean against a wall and watch the rhythmic ceremonial ritual.
