Adrienne, I'm glad you made me a contact or I
might not have discovered your own creative
photos here. This one is an immediate draw
for me -- it has a dancer-quality to it, the
flower's arms, leaning and gesturing like a
dancer on stage. I love the color, too. Did
you shoot this with a filter or otherwise
change the color after the photo was taken?
It looks so much like evening light, that
magic moment just before the sun goes down.
Warm, soft, serene. Very very nice photo.

That's really very nice, especially the
petals (?) making it look like sun rays. I
kind of wish the whole flower were in focus,
but you might have been going for a different

Very nice - the colours are great and I like
that you have captured something we wouldn't
normaly stop to see (past the so called point
of beauty). I really like that the withered
petals lead us trhough the frame to another
flower in full bloom in the background. Nice
DoF too.
