Ah, the choice I face so often as a diabetic coffee drinker (love those iced Americanos!)

Sweet 'n Low?
Nutra Sweet?
Splenda?

Whole Milk?
Skim?
Half and half?
Soy?

My usual choice: Sweet 'n Low and Soy Milk, whenever available.
