	Andy Laub says: That's partially it, but I think it's also to alleviate congestion for those traveling through (around) Wausau. 29 West basically goes to Minneapolis, 29 East goes to Green Bay, 51 North goes to all the Northwoods tourist areas, and 51 South goes to Madison.
