I took vows in marriage 25 years ago today--I now stand solo into the future

Sigh...
In Anchorage Alaska, 25 years ago today, I married Bill Gabriel and took his surname...from that day forward I have been known as Ann Siobhan Gabriel.
I have been blessed in this union by the 3 daughters and 1 son that Bill & had together...in this respect I have no regrets---my children are the most precious thing in my life.
Just over 2 years ago, I had to kick him out in order for myself and my children to not sink with him. In the legal realm we are still married though in every other way we are not...he has moved on with another woman & her kids. I go forward, working to stay afloat and seeing what this path into the future holds for me...I wear upon my heart & soul lots of heartache, oodles of joy & love with a mountain of hope.

Haven Stewart...you will be missed...be at peace dear man.

This is a picture of Haven cropped from a picture back in 1999. He was married to my Aunt Dode who passed away a few years ago. Haven came into our family in the mid 1980's and was a dear & loving man. Last night(Sunday the 8th of June 2008) he passed away after just recently being diagnosed with liver cancer...my cousin Annette was with him.
Haven...You will be missed and have been loved dearly. GOD BLESS YOU HAVEN...
You soul is soaring high now...
fondly remembering you with a smile & love---Ann, Margo, Dani, Ash, Josie & Brendo.

My Dad, Bruce Nordquist, was born 82 years ago today in Seattle WA

I miss you Dad...we as a family all miss you greatly (He passed away 10-31-2003).

This is my Dad & Mom (Bruce & Margo) back in the mid 1980's up in Anchorage Alaska.

I am blessed to have such awesome parents.

AJ - My Grandson - May 2008

He is a beautiful little fella. These pictures were taken by his Mom. This little fella looks like a real blend of my son Brendan(his Dad) and his mama(Andrea)---they both are blond and blue eyed. I have not met my Grandson yet and pray I get to soon...he is about a year & half old now. He is wearing the pajamas I sent him---they look so cute on him. Brendan, my son, loves dinosaurs and I choose these because of that and for the color for my little grandson.
I am proud to be a GRANDMA and love my grandson AJ unconditionally!!!
