backpacking in india - nov 06

We went backpacking in India in November of 2006, our honeymoon (we got hitched in Brooklyn on Oct 21, 2006). The trip was was beautiful and amazing, but also full of challenges. We saw a lot of suffering and dealt with a lot of harassment. The beauty and amazingness, however, outweighed any bad stuff -- I would go back to Kerala or Rishikesh in a heartbeat. Yay India.
