It took me ages to get it how the professionals (i.e. Laura Jade and Michelle Black) are doing these types of images so I'm not going to give up the secret outright. I will say that creating actions and using textures helps.....

digitus_malus: I know what you mean with the watermark. I wish that the internet was a different kind of environment where people didn't steal. Adding them when I am done editing an image is quite annoying and makes me feel pretentious but it's for my images' safety; for as much as a watermark can afford me : )
