Spanish Chorizo Pizza

Spanish Chorizo Pizza was yum!
But the chorizo from Safeway was a bit fatty.

We used Jamie Oliver's trick of using pureed semi-dried tomato instead of making a pizza sauce, and it turned out quite well!

It looks so much better than that, and doesn't have tons of fat on it :-) I'm looking online for recipes so I can make it tomorrow for dinner...
