I really like this one. Great colors and just
enough to focus on.

really nice!!! :) i love the upper part of
your photo. but i found the lower part is not
as cool as the upper one. i wish the 2
centered bulb got more DOF and there were not
the yellow color on the dark background. :(

Something very appealing in this shot, even
if there is barely two small light in focus
!!!

I really like th eidea here and enjoyed what
you wrote with it...
That being said i feel that the point of
focus or atleast where i get drawn onto is
the center lights which are lacking strength.
if the color was strongeer or in better focus
it would hold my attention better. As it is
maybe crop out the front right a bit...
as always thank you fro your great comments
in the group.

@goinonbro: Thank you for the great feedback. I
completely agree with what you've said. Those
are the weak points I completely saw with
this photo as well. The crop is a great
suggestion, I'll see what I can do. Thanks
again.

Lovely image, and thanks for the beautiful

I think what drew me in to this picture was
that it is only the small Christmas lights in
the center (the only point of focus) that
establishes the scale here -- that makes it
almost like an optical illusion, in that I
keep thinking the image is of something much
bigger (like train tracks with lights) but
then seeing the lights and 'remembering' that
this is all quite small. I'm not sure my
description makes sense, but its what makes
it an intriguing photo for me.

@voxipsa: Thanks for the nice description and insight
into your interest. You made clear sense as
we all do when we speak our mind and feeling
directly. Thanks for sharing.

Oh man is this ever cool. LOVE the DoF and
the bokeh. I found I had to click on the
small image in the tag search just to see
what this image was all about. This type of
picture is why I'm liking my 50mm f/1.8 lens
more and more everyday.

Yay! I like the diagonal composition, and, of
course, the bokeh (isn't the 50mm/f1.8
great?).
