A fantastic Steak, Egg & Bacon pie from Marrs Bakery, Morgan, South Australia.
This pie gets the thumbs up on all accounts - perfect non-greasy pastry, great real, fresh ingredients, big chunks of steak and bacon, a whole egg baked right in the middle if the pie; juicy, rich sauce full of flavours, no fatty crap at all to fill it out; and to top it off it was at the perfect eating temperature! Outstanding!

Yep, it was breakfast. We'd been on the road
for a couple of hours by then (left early on
a 12hr drive home after the easter break).
Definitely a great start, too good though, it
would have been very easy to eat another!
Plus the rest of the food on the road was
terrible compared to this!
