Here's the super-nasty router table setup. Don't try this at home. The goal here was to route the channels that will hold the stationary and sliding whiteboards in place.

After working with this setup I came to the conclusion that roller stands are totally worth the money, and breathing and hearing protection are NOT just for pansies. Also, a pair of featherboards to hold the wood in place would have helped keep things straight and even. The final results were passable at best, but I'm too lazy to do it all again.
