We borrowed my cousin's copy of Jessica Seinfeld's Deceptively Delicious and today I tried making their brownies. The whole point of the book is adding vegetable puree's to dishes to get kids to eat vegetables and what not. So the brownies I made had spinach and carrot puree.

Yes, spinach and carrot.

And they ain't half bad...
