Hanging out with the Droids. C3P-O and R2-D2...captured in Washington DC. They are the "real deal" or at least one of the sets that the Nerf Herder, Lucas would let people see. After all it was a free museum. It was ultra cool to release the inner nerd and check these out. I was able to get to see The Empire Strikes Back in the theater when it was originally released. My favorite in the series.

	fotonomous says: very cool. i saw these along with other star wars props/costumes/etc at the California Science Center last year. the coolest was seeing the land speeder in person. i have a set of polaroids i took that i need to get scanned and online. i think the empire strikes back is considered the best my many - definitely my favorite too. i'm really lucky, i did get to see it at the movies when i was 10. a very cool memory.
