How do you modify a bullet?

There are different categories for
ammunition. 1st. there is 'ball' type bullets
that are completely round tip. 2nd is
'semi-wad-cutter' which consists of a roughly
conical nose, truncated with a flat point,
sitting on a cylinder to punch a cleaner hole
rather than tearing it which is what 'ball'
type does. 3rd is 'hollow point' type bullets
which has a pit, or hollowed out (bowl)
shape, in its tip, intended to expand the
bullet upon entering a target to decrease
penetration and disrupt more tissue in the
target. There are more but these are enough
for my explanation.
To answer your question I took a 'ball'
type bullet and worked it into an extreme
'hollow point' style plus a personal touch I
don't share.
