I'm desperately planning a trip to New Orleans for a friends bachelor party.

I know nothing about New Orleans.

I know nothing about bachelor parties.

So I enlisted the help of one of my favorite customer/couples Gabby and Charlie. Gabby lived in NO for a while and Charlie apparently spent time visiting so when I asked her for help, she was happy to oblige.

What's weird is that Gabby and Charlie have a Ladyhawk style relationship. You never see them together although they always know what the other one is doing. Very Strange.

So Charlie shows up, I make both him and myself a macchiato with 1/2&1/2 and we sit for a moment on a glorious morning in San Francisco and talk about the Big Easy.

I'm not usually stoked on milk drinks but man, this one was awesome.

Just like Vegas, anything goes in the Big Easy! You'll have fun, and that is for sure! Don't forget to have cafe au lait and some begniets at Cafe du Monde, and watch out for the pigeons....
