people eating on airplanes always disturbs me. you have all these people around you ingesting food that's going nowhere, and turning into feces right next to you. ie) human poo bag.

I was amazed when I flew with Continental Airlines from Edinburgh to Newark recently that they also had real cutlery. This was in standard class too!
