i still don't quite understand (AT ALL) how

blah blah" gross i know] and don't give
warnings out because most likely they're just
creepy men who you don't want to be

"a free program called Photofiltre, and
it doesn't enable layers" I suggest you
have a look at a Free (libre and gratuit)
program called the GNU Image Manipulation
Program or gimp, which does do layers and
anything I've needed. There are a couple of
Flickr groups inhabited by people who use it,
and you download it from gimp.org (if you use WIndows then follow the link
over on the left to get to gimp for Windows,
similarly for the Macintosh.
There is a philosophy attached, but just
have it and use it.
