Using organic flour from the local mill and tasting pretty darn fine. I made four loaves. Three went into the freezer. My freezer is now officially overflowing.

Thanks!! I'm pretty excited about it too. This is the company that I get the flour from. He doesn't do mail order at this point, but it's possible a local shop might be interested in carrying his products? saugeenspecialtygrains.com (aka Grass Roots Organics) He's also speaking at my tech conference in April. :)
