this stuff that looks like toxic waste was a garlic citrus lime cilantro sauce something or other. Not sure, but it was gooood.

Garlic citrus chicken and shrimp faheetas, to be exact. After a week of sandwiches and soup (i.e. ramen) at home , it was a very welcome treat for my tastebuds.
