Usually there are numerous mast cells in sinus histiocytosis. They tend to go unnoticed on H&E, but these are unusually prominent.

It's pretty nice to see your collection of specimen images available to anyone on web for education, especially this one with mast cells:)). I was working with mast cells during my Ph.D and thus appreciate their presence/ or absence in the tissues very much.
